Our Mission & Values
Bonnwi Inc. was created to close the gap for people who do not need full nursing home care, but still deserve to live in a safe, structured, and affordable home. Many of our residents are seniors, veterans, or individuals on fixed income or benefits who are able to live on their own but struggle to find stable housing in the community.
Our mission is to provide dignified, well-supervised independent living where residents can enjoy privacy, access to common spaces, and the peace of mind that the property is inspected, monitored, and staffed by people who care.

How to Apply
- Complete the online application or the waiting list form.
- Email income documents to admission@bonnwi.com.
- Our team reviews your info and contacts you or your case manager.
- A tour or video walk-through is scheduled (when available).
- Once approved and a room is available, you move in.
Who qualifies? Independent adults, seniors, and veterans with steady income, benefits (SSI/SSDI), agency support, or housing assistance. We also accept referrals from hospitals, rehab, shelters, and DSS workers.

What's included in the rent?
Furnished room, utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen access, monthly inspections, and use of common areas.
Do you run background or credit checks?
Yes. We screen for the safety of other residents. Certain offenses (violent/sex offenses) may be disqualifying.
Do you have availability now?
Availability changes weekly. Please join the waiting list or apply online and we will contact you.
How do I join the waiting list?

Do you work with agencies and social workers?
Yes. We welcome referrals from DSS, shelters, hospitals, and community organizations.

Service Portal – Pay for Services
This portal is for current residents, agencies, or case managers who need to pay a service fee, intake fee, holding deposit, transportation, or special support service provided by Bonnwi.
Resident / Client Payment
Use this to pay placement fee, monthly program fee, or other resident services.
Agency / Case Manager Payment
For agencies paying on behalf of clients. Include client name in memo so we can match it.
Other Services
Home visit, intake outside normal hours, document help, or transportation.
If a payer needs an invoice/receipt, we can email one after payment is received.
Payment Methods
You can reserve a room, pay holding fees, or submit monthly program fees using any of the secure methods below. Add your name and phone in the payment memo so we can match it to your application.
